	This one I call Blue Burst for the obvious reasons. I really am enjoying making obstract brushes and then putting them to use in images such as these. Not many filters used in this one. Mostly blending options and a single layer filter. The rest is custom brushes combined to make a sort of exploding [...]]]></description>
