Over estimating the Minimum and Recommended requirements. Minimum should run a game at it's lowest settings at full speed but generally it's a slide show. Recommended should run a game at it's highest settings at full speed, but once again, it generally becomes a slide show. PC devs false advertise their product so much, it's less about people pirating their games and more about people just not being able to play them.
