I suppose this is what I should do first. Hello everyone, I’m Lisette. I’m friends with several of you on here, and hope to be friends with all of you soon. I went to Tara also, and so am sort of a remnant of what we would call a band nerd.
Today I live in Brooklyn NY with my 2 cats, Tigger and Patta, and I work at the Metropolitan Opera and elsewhere. So I sing opera for a living. I’ll try not to opera queen it out too often. Um…today I picked up my flute for the first time in years and actually could still play it. That makes me kind of happy; I don’t have the chops that I used to and my flute is older now, but maybe I can get it back together and feel fulfilled with my sweet silver instrument.
Lisette! Huzzah! Finally, some CLASS around this damn place! Ladies and gentlemen (and Gerry), be prepared for a whole new Wasabisoft direction, possibly one that involves a lot more thoughfulness and a lot less cursing… or not, I think it’d be just hilarious to see you go on a four-letter rant about something one day. I choose to believe peer pressure will get us there. Surely I myself am a sufficiently corrupting influence to bring about such a thing.
On a completely unrelated note, does anyone else find the last sentence of Lisette’s introductory post to be ridiculously suggestive? I mean, it’s totally counterbalanced by the first sentence of that paragraph, yeah, but… still.
