What’s really, REALLY sad about the whole thing is that I HAVE a good copy of Photoshop, sitting on the external hard drive, and it would be the work of mere moments to fire up Daemon Tools and mount the bitch.
Alas, I am lazy.
But Gerry’s little Zangief/360 throwdown there has me interested. Assuming I were to do some very simple rewiring, I could easily put Photoshop on the notebook lappy, where the ability to write directly onto the screen could be extremely handy. Speaking of handy, did any of you click on the wikipedia link above yet? Go ahead, I’ll wait.

So, a lot (read: no one) of people have been asking me how my xbox broke. Well, the truth is, Zangief came over and atomic piledrove my xbox. True story. The above illustration is a dramatic re-enactment of the event.
I’m not bored or anything.
UPDATE: Incidentally, I was reading through the warrenty. I couldn’t believe it, but in the warrenty, it explains they cover just this occurance. It’s in section SSF2HTFHDR2.5; The Zangief Clause. I looked into it, and there’s actually a story behind why they do. You see, it appears they pissed off Zangief at one point. They had pened a deal to bring MvC2 to the 360 and Zangief would lead the marketing plans. He was going to have it all finally. Fame, Fortune, a Decent Move Set. But things fell through, and while I couldn’t find the details behind it, Zangief blamed MS and vowed to get revenge. Since then he’s been seen doing carnival shows where he wrastles the hulky ps3′s and from time to time shows off his Atomic Piledriver on 360′s.
But all is not bad for Zangief. He is back on the Street Fighter Tournament for the upcoming Street Fighter IV. Maybe with this, he’ll have less time to Piledrive 360′s.
